1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any Arka AI service (including TaxMitra AI and PropIntel AI), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arka AI. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Service Description
Arka AI provides AI-powered tools including:
- TaxMitra AI — AI tax analysis, document processing, and guidance for India and USA taxes
- PropIntel AI — Real estate intelligence and lead generation tools
- Tax Calculators — Income tax, GST, and related calculators
- Compliance Calendar — Tax deadline tracking and reminders

Arka AI provides AI-generated information and guidance for educational and informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice. The AI may make errors, and tax laws change frequently. Always consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional before making tax filing decisions, especially for complex situations.
Arka AI, its owners, and employees are not liable for any taxes, penalties, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance. The accuracy of analysis depends on the quality and completeness of documents you provide.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and documents
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
- Not use the service to process documents you don't have authorisation for
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Free Plan: Available with limited usage (10 analyses/month). No payment required.
Paid Plans: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) for Indian users and US Dollars ($) for US users. All prices include applicable taxes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
Price Changes: We will provide 30 days advance notice of price changes via email.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, AI models, and code on Arka AI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arka AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Arka AI in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner harmful to others. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For users in the USA, you agree to arbitration before litigation.
