How to Request a Refund

  3. Include your transaction ID (from the payment confirmation email)
  4. Brief reason for refund (optional — helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will appear in your original payment method within 7-10 banking days depending on your bank.
